Shoejam ships to virtually any address in the world. We use express shipping for guaranteed delivery to any location.
All orders are processed within 48 hours of the date of your order after verification is complete. You will be able to track your orders online after your order has been shipped. You will receive notification via email once shipping is confirmed.
We offer very competitive shipping rates to USA, Canada and International locations.

For all international orders please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to your address.
Returns Policy
You may return unopened items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that our return policy is only valid for USA customers only. We are unable to offer returns for international customers.
